Water Stopcock :- The stopcock is in the corner cupboard in the kitchen under the kettle or else in the road verge near the corner of the building.

Fuse Box:- The fuse box is under the stairs in the left hand cupboard. Each circuit is labelled and the switches just need to be toggled back to the ‘on’ position if they trip out, which may happen if a light bulb blows. Spare bulbs are kept in the same cupboard.

Calor Gas Shutoff :- The control valve to shut off the gas is next to the garage under the kitchen window.

Rubbish collection / Recycling :- The rubbish and recycling is collected on a Monday, rubbish bags should be full as we are charged per bag. There is a wheelie bin to the right of the garage to store full bags in.  There is a stainless steel bin in the garage to store sealed part bags of rubbish.
